Where do you print and ship from?
All printing is done through Pictorem in Montreal, Canada. Orders shipped to Canadian customers are shipped from Montreal, and to US customers from New York state.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Pictorem offers shipping worldwide for any prints that can be shipped into a strong tube. It includes Paper prints, Canvas roll prints & murals. All other framed products, Pictorem only ships to Canada and USA
Why do you use Pictorem as your printing service?
I like that they are based in Canada and being a photographer, I love that the company was started by a ‘team of shutterbugs with one thing in common, a deep passion for art and photography and making the highest quality wall art that is possible.’ They provide many materials and sizing options for prints and they handle the shipping.
How much is the shipping cost?
Through Pictorem all shipping is free anywhere in USA or Canada where ground shipping is available. Express delivery is an option that is available while placing the order. The price might vary depending on size.
How long will it take to get my order?
All prints are “custom made” so production lead times vary. You can check your order status with Pictorem directly.
Will you do special orders of photographs that are not available on your online Gallery?
